Enforcement proceedings
Enforcement proceedings is final stage of court procedure in the course of which compulsory execution of judicial and other acts is carried out subject to conditions and in order provided by the law. Possibility of application of measures of compulsory execution on this stage is guarantee of performance of obligations by a debtor.
Services:
- consulting on matters of special features of execution upon property of debtor;
- representation of creditor and/or debtor in the course of execution upon property of debtor;
- representation in the course of attachment (arrest) and realization of debtor’s property;
- consulting on matters of levy of execution upon wages and other types of income of debtor;
- representation of creditor and/or debtor in the course of execution of court orders on non-property disputes;
- consulting on matters of distribution of amounts recovered and priority of satisfaction of recoverer’s claims;
