Hourly fees

Notice

Hourly fees are applicable to the following operations of the Contractor’s specialists:

• consideration and examination of documents;
• drawing contract and documents connected therewith (founding documents, regulations, instructions, deeds, protocols, etc.);
• legal examination and making amendments to draft documents;
• meeting with Principal for setting up or verification of task, discussing legal issues and/or matters pertinent to given tasks;
• representation before the state and municipal bodies (including court), notary public and before physical and legal persons;
• preparation of the procedural/service document (including legal examination and making amendments to draft documents);
• analysis of the legislation and judicial (administrative) practice (also for grounding Principal’s position);
• preparation of written consultation (legal memorandum);
• providing verbal legal consultation (also by telephone or e-mail);
• conducting correspondence on current affairs (examination of the Principal’s correspondence);
• preparation of the answer to Principal’s inquiry; preparation of answers to actions and inquiries of state bodies, physical persons andlegal entities for the Principal’s benefit.

Time spent by Contractor’s specialists waiting in queues on Principal’s behalf is subject to report by the Contractor to the Principal and subject to pay by the Principal.

Time spent by Contractor’s specialists to reach any destination within Moscow city on Principal’s behalf is not charged.

Each full 0.25 hours (15 minutes) spent for work on Principal’s affairs are subject to charge.

Principal is obliged to pay himself or herself or reimburse to the Contractor expenses incurred by the latter for the Principal’s benefit as follows:

• postage and courier, including express delivery services;
• notary public services and notarization of documents;
• making copies and translations of documents;
• taxi and public transportation;
• intercity and international telephone calls;
• bank commissions subject to pay for bank wire transfers of duties and fees on behalf of the Principal pertinent to the use of services provided by third parties (experts);
• pertinent to business travels of the Contractor and his specialists;
• pertinent to payment dues and state (municipal) fees and charges.

Immediate execution of orders (including on public holidays, off hours) is charged double size. Where the Contractor pays state dues, fees and services (products) of third persons on behalf of the Principal, fee of EUR 25-50 may be collected in case of settlement by wire transfer.
